We text you when you reach 80% of your cap, so there are no surprises.
Website on Pro: add $50/month with no build fee (hosting and updates included, and the site is yours after 12 paid months), or pay $990 once and stay on $249/month. Cancel the $50/month option before 12 months and you can keep the site by paying out the remaining months (never more than $990); otherwise it comes down.
Website on Full Crew: the website is included. If you cancel Full Crew in the first 12 months, you can keep the site by paying out the remaining months of the first 12 at $50 a month (never more than $990); otherwise it comes down.
Website during your free month: If your plan includes a website, we'll build it during your free month so you can see it, but it only goes live once you're on a paid plan. If you don't continue, it's taken down.
Your domain name: on any Jobloopa website, the domain name is yours. It's registered in your name and you pay for it yourself, usually around $20 a year. We set it up and connect it for you.
Missed-call text back is included on every plan: up to 100 missed calls a month on Starter, 200 on Pro and 400 on Full Crew. Starter has a $199 one-off setup fee, waived for pilot clients who sign up to a paid plan within 7 days of their pilot ending. Pro and Full Crew have no setup fee. Does it answer the phone?
Not by voice. Your phone rings as normal and your team answers when they can. When nobody can get to it, Jobloopa texts the caller back from your venue within seconds with a friendly message, for example: "Hi, it's the team at the Ironbark Tavern. Sorry we missed your call, it's busy right now. How can we help?" You choose the wording. We'll help you write it, and nothing goes out until you've approved it. A busy night doesn't cost you a booking.
Does it replace my staff?
No. It handles the admin: the enquiries, follow-ups, reminders and posts that eat into your team's time. Your staff keep doing what guests come in for, and the people decisions stay with you.
What about liquor and gaming promotions?
Promo posts follow your venue's rules and the liquor and gaming laws that apply to you. You tell us what's off limits during setup, and you approve every post before it goes up. If you're not sure a post is OK, it doesn't go out.
Does it work with our booking system?
Yes. Jobloopa works alongside the booking system you already use, or with simple booking and deposit links if you don't have one. There's nothing new for your guests or staff to learn.
Will it send anything without me knowing?
