Terms
Our terms, in plain English
Last updated 1 November 2026
The free 1-month pilot
Nothing is charged during your free month. There's no card upfront and no lock-in.
After the free month, plans are month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
Prices and GST
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Jobloopa is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.
Setup fees
Starter has a one-off setup fee of $199 (AUD, no GST charged).
We waive it if you sign up to a paid plan within 7 days of your free pilot ending.
There's no setup fee on Pro or Full Crew.
Websites
Jobloopa builds and hosts your website. It stays Jobloopa's property until it's paid off: 12 paid months at $50/month on Pro, or $990 once.
Full Crew includes the website on the same 12-month basis.
If you cancel within the first 12 months, you can keep the site by paying out the remaining months at $50/month (never more than $990). Otherwise, it's taken down.
If your plan includes a website, we'll build it during your free month so you can see it, but it only goes live once you're on a paid plan. If you don't continue, it's taken down.
Your domain name
Your domain name is yours. It's registered in your name and you pay for it, usually about $20 a year. We set it up and connect it for you.
Missed calls
Each plan covers a set number of missed calls a month: up to 100 on Starter, 200 on Pro and 400 on Full Crew.
Extra missed calls over your cap are about 30c each, up to a spending limit you set.
Messages
You approve your missed-call text once, and it goes out automatically after that. Anything else waits for your OK.
Service availability
Jobloopa is provided on a best-effort basis. We work to keep it running all day, every day, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted.
It relies on other providers, including your phone carrier, Twilio (calls and texts), Cloudflare (hosting) and Netlify (websites). Their outages, mobile network problems and changes to your phone settings can stop calls being answered or texts being sent or delivered.
Texts can also be delayed or not delivered, for example to landlines or phones that are switched off. If our app is down, a basic backup takes a voicemail and passes it to you, but it can't send texts to your customers.
Your responsibilities
Keep your own voicemail set up so you can switch back to it at any time (we'll show you how). Check your messages and Jobloopa alerts, and call customers back yourself.
Jobloopa doesn't replace you answering urgent or emergency calls. Only approve wording that's accurate, and tell us straight away if something looks wrong.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for lost jobs, lost profits, missed calls or messages, or any indirect loss. Our total liability to you for anything to do with the service is limited to supplying the service again or refunding the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
During a free pilot, you use the service at your own risk to the extent the law allows.
Pausing or ending the service
We can pause the service to fix a problem, keep it secure, or if fees go unpaid.
You can end it at any time by telling us, and we'll help you switch your phone back.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
